Dr. Daisy Rani Das is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery, with over a decade of experience in advanced anterior segment care. After completing her MBBS from Gauhati Medical College & Hospital and MS from RIO Guwahati, she secured a prestigious long-term fellowship (FAEH) in Cornea and Anterior Segment Microsurgery at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai — a globally renowned center for ophthalmic excellence.

Following her fellowship, she served as an Associate Senior Consultant at Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya, Guwahati. Active in surgical care, academic training, and clinical research, Dr. Das has performed over 10,000 intraocular surgeries, including phacoemulsification, keratoplasty (corneal transplant), and complex anterior segment procedures. Her clinical expertise spans the management of corneal disorders, infectious keratitis, ocular surface diseases, and post-keratoplasty visual rehabilitation.
